Obligatory form completion
Beginning July 1, 2020, the Greek government has determined how the country will welcome travellers, carry out the necessary diagnostic screening and keep everyone safe throughout the season
The Passenger Locator Form (PLF) is a key element in the planning. All travellers are obliged to complete their PLF at least 48 hours before entering the country, providing detailed information on
their point of departure, the duration of previous stays in other countries, and the address of their stay while in Greece.

Pre arrival check in
As the day of your arrival approaches, we will send you an informative letter that must be completed in advance with your details (names, passport numbering or ID, address, phone number, etc.) for your own safety and intact service during check in.
New hours of check in & check out
· Check in starting from 15:00 o’clock
· Check out by 11:00 o’clock
New cleaning protocols and methods of disinfection have to be applied in each room after guests depart and before the next guests arrive, with particular attention paid to each item and detail. For this reason and with only motivation your safety we please you to excuse us and provide us extra time needed to complete everything in perfection.
Of course in case your room will be ready earlier you will be most welcomed to check in.
The National Public Health Organization is highly recommending the avoidance of every day cleaning in the room and the everyday changing of lines and towels.
We will provide to you a daily service but we would like for you to take in consideration the above guidance. So in case you will not wish for the cleaning service to enter your room you will have the choice to indicate this by hanging the according sign (do not disturb) outside your room.
Breakfast will not have the form of buffet since food is suggested not to be placed in a public area where the dinners serve themselves.
Daily in your room a dinner menu will be placed to tick your choice from a selection of plates for what you want next morning. A kids menu will be available for children aged 0 till 8 years old.
Breakfast will be served between 07.30 till 11.00 in the area of Yellow restaurant.
Private Beach only for hotel guests
Each room will have its own umbrella free to use.
The placement in rows will be different from the position you may have known from previous years.
Due to the protocols we have to follow, for obligatory and determined distancing between umbrellas this has as a result for sure much more space for each user under the umbrella but also its forcing us to restructure the umbrellas in rows. Rooms of different type most probably will not be next to each other.
Under the new regulations we will not be able to provide to you beach towels.
