WAY OF CLEAN
Our cleaning procedures have now being expanded with additional COVID-19 protocols and best practices to reflect the advice of the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and local public health authorities.
‘Clean’ promise includes deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants. Guests can expect to see evolved procedures in every area of the hotel, which include:
-Reception: Reduced contact at check-in, touchless transactions, antiseptics, sanitized key-cards, paperless check-out
-Public Spaces and Facilities: Additional deep cleaning of high touch surfaces, social distancing, ‘last cleaned’ charts, best practices for lounges, sanitizers at high-touch points throughout hotel areas
-Guest Room: Visible verification of sanitized items, reduction of in-room furnishings/high-touch items, new laundry protocols, use of steam sterilization, hand sanitizer available in guest rooms
-Food & Beverage: New standards and service approach to buffets, room-service and restaurant.

We are standby 24/7 to support our guests and coordinate with local and regional authorities.
Event Notification: If we are alerted to a case of possible infection in our hotel, we immediately work with the relevant health authorities to obtain the facts and guidance on steps to take with both guests and associates. We undertake an additional cleaning and disinfecting protocol of the common areas of the hotel as well as the areas we know the guest has been during their stay.
